Love The Del layout

Seriously have wanted to go to the hotel Del Coronado in San Diego, CA. since I could remember. How lucky am I that we got to go for our honeymoon! At first we wanted to go somewhere tropical but I figured when would we ever chose to go to the Del on a family vacation? Going for our honeymoon was perfect. Actually more perfect than i imagined. And I'll say it again, this Brooklyn girl definitely left a piece of her heart in Cali. 

Oh Del how I miss you.... We'll be back to you eventually xoxo

Sneaker Head layout

I loved making this layout because my son requested me to make it! Plus we got to spend the time finding the images together. He even had an Air Jordan post card he gave me to use (didn't wind up using it though) 

Mikey has definitely always been a sneaker head. Wouldn't let no one step on his sneakers even as a toddler. He would back up. He would even wipe his sneakers clean. So it was no surprise to see his become obsessed with these. He even has a cleaning concoction for Un-yellowing the soles of his  Jordan's LOL

To my surprise this layout was the featured layout of the week over at 2 peas :)

Life is Beautiful layout

This photo is actually one of the photos taken in the photo booth I had set up at our wedding. It was the one thing I wanted most for my wedding. The guests absolutely loved it! Lots of giggling came out of that curtain. My only regret is that I didn't have time to get in it as much as I would have liked. Wish I could have taken a picture with each and every guest.

This layout was made with the Studio Calico August kits Marks & Co. Also some Heidi Swapp products that I've just been falling in love with lately!

Ok after I took these photos I actually tried something & brought my layout all the way outside & just look at the difference...

Didn't adjust in any way (it could use a little tweaking tho.... Guess I'll be taking my photos outside from here on in. I was going to change them all out but I wanted to show you all the difference.

Come on Get Crafty Blog Feature!!!!

So a few weeks back the very sweet Adrienne emailed me to ask if I'd like to be the August featured guest on the Come on Get Crafty Blog  Ummmmm heck yeah!! The owner Nicole sent me some happy mail with some fun supplies to play with it from the Come on get Crafty shop. Had a blast creating this layout. This was also a challenge as one of the supplies was a Lily Bee Design pattern paper that I have several of from different lines that I just could never figure out what to do with.....this paper here....

Those banners threw me for a loop, but I welcomed the challenge. Here's what I came up with....
