WOYWW

Ok so I have quite a few projects on my desk right now. 
~I'm transferring my clear stamps to DVD cases. ( I will have a post about this when my stands come)
~I have a stack of photo's I've been wanting to scrap for a while now. I decided to match the photo's up with my over abundance of monthly kits. So I placed the photos directly in the kits. So hopefully not only will part of the work be done but I'll use up more of my kit stash.
~I also have some finished layouts stacked up there getting ready to be put in their proper resting place in my albums.


So other than fiddling around with my stash & planning pages. I've also started my pre-planning for my wedding albums. I just ordered 4 Pebbles white share & tell albums. Can't wait! Wedding is getting close so I've been busy with some wedding stuff too. I imagine I'll be busy  for the next 3 months. I'm thinking my serious scrapping time will be back when I get home from honeymoon :( Oh boy I sure hope not. Me thinks I need a time management strategy. Oh definitely, especially with going to gym 5 days a week & the nice weather.


Now I'm rambling........On to the desk, TADA!

WOYWW???

Ok so this is my first WOYWW. Seems like a lot of fun! Figured I'd give it a whirl. Plus I set up my scrap space with a semi-permanent spot for my table. Kids couldn't watch TV when I was sitting in the middle of the room LOL. I can still take this all down in 15-20 minutes in case company's coming. If anyone just shows up, chances are they know me well enough to know that I make a scrap mess & will give me a pass on tidiness. You know, plus I'm an artist & all...That's what we do....Right???

 So not too much on my desk right now. I should have taken the picture 2 hours ago, it was a disaster. I promise next week you'll see it in all it's glory.

I have my LRS monthly kit  that came today. Lot's of Bo bunny Alora in there. This is why I subscribe to my monthly kit clubs. I actually belong to quite a few. I get to get product I normally wouldn't buy for myself. It's great. I can see some cute projects with this kit already.

I also have a layout I made in the past where the letters fell off. I'm just gonna glue them all done with some wet glue in a little bit. There is a thread over on 2Peas about just this. It reminded me about this layout. Those letters didn't stick from the get go.

I also have some picture wire strung in front of my desk/table. I have things I want to remember to use, right in front of me. This has been working out great for me. I'm sure things will be rotated as time goes on. It's actually pretty fun going through my stash to find stuff to hang on there. Most of my embellies are on a clip it up so it just goes from my CIU to the wire. Love seeing it all!

Ok well that was long winded, sorry for that. Without further adieu........ My 1st ever WOYWW. 

Carnival mini album

Just wanted to share a mini album I did last year for my best friend's son (my nephew) Dean's 1st Birthday.

He's almost 2 now. Isn't he just gorgeous. He had a carnival themed 1st birthday party. (Which was fantastic!) 

I cut my own chipboard for the album.

Used DCWV stack (All about Boys), Jolee's & some birthday ribbon. Also have other odds & ends. Epiphany crafts circles , tickets, rub-ons & some stamps. Made my own popcorn bucket from an actual popcorn bucket LOL The popcorn was made from tissue paper & pulls out for journaling. Also used the actual invitation from the party.
I had so much fun making this album. Especially because I got to look at that adorable face!

P.S. Love the one where he looks like he's holding cotton candy. (Pic 4) I still get a kick out of that!

Getaway layout

So here's a layout from our mini vacation last month. You know the one where I went hog wild in the scrapbook store, LOL!

I truly love our little getaways. They are simple & just perfect! I hope we continue going on them for years to come!

We were relaxing & Tony hates when I drag my big camera everywhere LOL Even though he did buy the camera as a gift for me!

How Sweet It Is layout

Ok so I got up today & decided I was gonna scrap all day....I actually have the opportunity to scrap till Thursday! Exciting right???? Um nope! Imagine my disappointment when I sat at my desk with all my goodies & everything went dark. I could not find the mojo to scrap! I can scrap till Thursday & I lose my mojo!  Seriously....seriously.....seriously! As I said earlier"what the hiccup"

So after some inspiring words from some lovely ladies on my thread at 2 P's I decided to get up & try again. I sat back down & saw my MME collection & decided to use only that (with of course a few needed extras) Grabbed one of my favorite photos...a picture of Tony & I in Wildwood, NJ 2011. It's from a photo booth. We always take photo booth pics. I'm even having one brought in for my wedding reception.

I love that Tony & I can still have fun doing the simple things in life, even after all these years together. 

So tada.I did it. 

No journaling....no worrying about a title. Just create.

I think I have the wedding, honeymoon & summer planning on the brain & I didn't have the extra room for over thinking it...KWIM?
